المستخلص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التحقق من فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لمعلمات التربية الخاصة في تنمية المهارات الاجتماعية لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التجريبي لدراسة تأثير المتغير المستقل المتمثل في البرنامج التدريبي لمعلمات التربية الخاصة فى المتغير التابع المتمثل في المهارات الاجتماعية لدى عينة الدراسة. وقد استخدمت الباحثة تصميم المجموعتين المتكافئتين؛ حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (24) معلمة بمتوسط عمري (30,27)، وانحراف معياري مقداره (6,20)، والمجموعة الضابطة تكونت من (12) معلمة، وقد قامت الباحثة بالتحقق من التكافؤ بين أفراد المجموعتين. وأعدت الباحثة أدوات الدراسة المتمثلة في مقياس تقدير معلمات التربية الخاصة للمهارات الاجتماعية، واستمارة جمع البيانات، والبرنامج التدريبي.
وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي لمعلمات التربية الخاصة في تنمية المهارات الاجتماعية لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد لدى أفراد المجموعة التجريبية في القياس البعدي مقارنة بالمجموعة الضابطة، واستمرار هذه الفاعلية خلال فترة المتابعة، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تنمية المهارات الاجتماعية لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، وما يترتب عليه من آثار، وتوفير البرامج التدريبية المناسبة لتقليل العجز الاجتماعي للأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد.

This study aimsed to verify the effectiveness of a training program for special education teachers in the development of social skills for children with spectrum autism disorder, the study relied on an experimental methed to study the effect of independent variable represented in the training program for special education teachers on the dependent variable of social skills in the study sample. The researcher used the design of the two equivlemt groups, where the study sample consisted of (24) teacher with an average age of (30.27), and a standard deviation of (6.20), and the control group consisted of (12) teacher, and the researcher verified the equivalence between the members of the two groups, and the study tools were the measure of estimation of special education teachers for social skills (by the researcher), the data collection form (by the researcher), and the training program (by the researcher). The results of the study showed the effectiveness of the training program for special education teachers in the development of social skills in children with autism spectrum disorder among members of the experimental group in telemetry compared to the control group, and the continuation of this effectiveness during the follow-up period, and the study recommended the need to develop social skills in children with autism spectrum disorder, and its implications and provide appropriate training programs to reduce the social disability of children with autism spectrum disorder.
