هدفت الدراسة الحالية معرفة العلاقة بين التوافق الزواجي وصراع الدور لدى المرأة العاملة في مجال التعليم، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (250) معلمة بالمرحلة الإعدادية، واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس التوافق الزواجي ومقياس صراع الدور وكلاهما من إعداد الباحثة، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة سالبة بين صراع الدور كما تدركه المرأة العاملة ومستوى توافقها الزواجي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التوافق الزواجي وفقًا للمستوى التعليمي للزوج في اتجاه التعليم العالي. بينما لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التوافق الزواجي وفقًا لعدد الأبناء. وكذلك توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التوافق الزواجي وفقًا للفارق العمري بين الزوجين في اتجاه الفئة العمرية (من 5 سنوات إلى أقل من 10 سنوات). وكذلك بينت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التوافق الزواجي وفقًا لمدة الزواج. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى التوافق الزواجي وفقًا للدخل الشهري للأسرة في اتجاه فئة الدخل (من 4000 جنيه فأكثر). كما أوضحت النتائج أن صراع الدور بأبعاده الثلاثة يسهم في التنبؤ بالتوافق الزواجي لدى المرأة العاملة في مجال التعليم.

Abstract
The current study conspicuously aimed to know the relationship between marital adjustment and role conflict among women working in the field of education. Besides, the study sample consisted of (250) female teachers in the preparatory stage. The researcher used Marital Adjustment Scale and Role Conflict Scale, both prepared by the researcher. The results of the study revealed the existence of a significant negative correlation between the role conflict as perceived by the working woman and the level of her marital adjustment. This is in addition to the presence of statistically significant differences in the level of marital adjustment according to the educational level of the husband in the direction of higher education. Moreover, there are no statistically significant differences in the level of marital adjustment according to the number of children. There are also statistically significant differences in the level of marital adjustment according to the age difference between spouses in the direction of the age group (from 5 years to less than 10 years). The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of marital adjustment according to the duration of the marriage. Additionally, there were statistically significant differences in the level of marital adjustment according to the monthly income of the family in the direction of the income category (from 4000 pounds and more). The results also showed that the role conflict in its three dimensions contributes to predicting marital adjustment among women working in the field of education.
