Abstract

The aim of this work is to study the possible relationship between gastroesophageal regurgitation and chronic glue secreation in the cavity of the middle ear cleft behind tympanic membrane by evaluating the presence of pepsin/gastric enzyme(pepsin) in cavity of the middle ear fluid of patients with chronic Otitis media with effusion(glue ear) (glue formation in the middle ear cleft) (O.M.E) and compare it to its serum level.
