Abstract

Talent management is one of the main challenges facing organizations on a global scale. It is especially challenging in the current volatile and dynamic business environment Talent management includes procedures to attract, retain and develop personnel talent management is essential to hotels because of its role in helping hotels effectively entice and retain talented employees. Furthermore, the identification and the development of talent help organizations in identifying employees that can serve as leaders in the future. This dimension of talent management stresses the development of talent pools that possess a high level of leadership capability.
The study aims to identify the degree of awareness of the study sample of the concept and importance of talent management in five-star hotels in greater Cairo, identify the impact of the applying of talent management on improving performance, and Identifying the obstacles facing talent management system in five-star hotels.
The current study adopted the quantitative method to achieve its objectives based on the online questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data from the study sample consists ,general managers, human resources managers, and human resources supervisors in five-star hotels in Greater Cairo, whose number was (28) hotels according to the classification of the Egyptian Hotel Association (2022),(168) questionnaires distributed for the study sample were conducted five-star hotels sample, and (129) were returned the response rate reached 76%.
The study found there is a positive significant statistical relationship between hotel talent recruitment on the improving performance, there is a positive significant statistical relationship between hotel talents motivation and development on the improving performance, talents retention in the hotel on the improving performance, hotel talents assessment on the improving performance,
