المستخلص Dissertation Title: The relationship between tolerance at workplace and organizational loyalty, an applied study on employees at North Delta Electricity Distribution Company in Dakahlia Governorate AbstractThis study aimed to determine the relationship between tolerance at workplace and job loyalty, and was applied on the employees of at North Delta Electricity Distribution Company in Dakahlia Governorate.In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and data had been collected from an employees sample in At North Delta Electricity Distribution Company in Dakahlia Governorate. Sample size is 353, and The SPPS was used to analyze the primary data. Results of the study showed that Tolerance at workplace which represented in (Self-tolerance, tolerance with others, and tolerance of situations) were positively related with job loyalty which represented in (affective Commitment normative commitment and continuance commitment). Also results showed that tolerance at workplace (Self-tolerance, tolerance with others, tolerance of situations) (as independent variables) had a significant effect on each dimension of job loyalty (affective Commitment, normative Commitment and Continuance Commitment) (as dependent variable). |
