Abstract
Tuberculosis (TB) could be a contagious illness that poses a public pathological stat for
both developing and developed countries. The bacteria responsible for TB infection is
Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis), which might affect all human organs,
especially the lung. TB was present in humans since precedent days because tubercular decay
was existent in the spines of mummies for at a minimum of 15,000 years (Daniel, 2006).
