The study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between psychological flow and social anxiety among adolescent girls who most used social networking sites, The study sample consisted of (160) high school girls from students of the Typical Education School in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, of scientific and literary specialization, The age range of the students ranged from (16- 19) years, with an average age (M= 17.51), a standard deviation (SD= 1.04), and the study tools included the psychological flow scale ( (prepared by the researcher), and the social anxiety scale (prepared by the researcher), Overuse of the Internet among adolescents Scale, The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant correlation between the scores of the sample members on the flow scale and their scores on the social anxiety scale, and there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of individuals The sample on the dimensions and the total degree of the psychological flow scale according to the degree of use (low use - high use), and there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample members on the dimensions and the total degree of the social anxiety scale according to the degree of use (low use - high use), and there are no significant differences Statistically between the mean scores of the sample members on the dimensions and the total score of the psychological flow scale according to the specialization (scientific/ literary), and there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample members on the dimensions and the total score of the social anxiety scale according to the specialization (scientific/ literary).
