Abstract Ultraviolet (UV) radiation is part of the electromagnetic spectrum longer than x-rays but shorter than that of visible light, wavelength between 100 and 400 nm which consists of UVA, UVB and UVC.The present work has been carried out on the heart samples of 80 male rats. The experiment has been divided into two experimental setup mode of exposure: 1 first mode . Daily Interval Exposure (8hours/day): The mole rats were divided into four groups, each group 10 rats. The mole rats were divided into control and three groups for 10,15.20 days respectively. The 2 second mode . Continuous UV-Radiation Exposure (24hours/Day): the mole rats were divided into control and three groups for 17, 27, 59 days respectively .In this part two UVA- lamps have been used. |
