The research problem crystallized in the presence of a deficiency in the electronic management skills of educational school leaders in the Tarib governorate. This is as a result of the complexity of services, activities and events provided by educational administrations, which necessitate their transformation from the traditional management method to the electronic management method through the use of an e-training environment based on a problem-solving strategy to provide the necessary flexibility in response to the successive internal and external changes, and given the importance of the role of school leaders in the educational process. In the administrative structure of educational and educational leaders, there is a need to develop the electronic management skills of educational school leaders, using technological methods that keep pace with scientific and cognitive progress. This shortcoming can be addressed by answering the following main question:What is the effectiveness of an electronic training environment based on a problem-solving strategy in developing the electronic management skills of educational school leaders in Tarib Governorate and their attitudes towards it?from this main question, the following sub-questions are derived:1.What are the electronic management skills that educational school leaders in Tarib Governorate must have?2.What are the criteria for designing an electronic training environment based on a problem-solving strategy in developing electronic management skills for school leaders in Tarib Governorate?3.What is the educational design of an electronic training environment based on a problem-solving strategy in developing electronic management skills for school leaders in Tarib Governorate?4.What is the effectiveness of an electronic training environment based on a problem-solving strategy in developing the cognitive aspects of electronic management skills for school leaders in Tarib Governorate?5.What is the effectiveness of an electronic training environment based on a problem-solving strategy in developing the performance aspects of electronic management skills for school leaders in Turib Governorate?6.What is the effectiveness of using an electronic training environment based on a problem-solving strategy in developing the attitude of school leaders in Tarib Governorate towards the used electronic training environment?Research Aims:The research sought to achieve the following objectives:1.Revealing the effectiveness of a training environment based on a problem-solving strategy in developing the cognitive aspects of electronic management skills for school leaders in Turib Governorate.2.Revealing the effectiveness of a training environment based on a problem-solving strategy in developing the performance aspects of electronic management skills for school leaders in Turib Governorate.3.Revealing the effectiveness of using an electronic training environment based on a problem-solving strategy in developing the direction of educational school leaders in Tarib Governorate towards the used electronic training environment.Research ImportanceThe importance of this research was:1.Knowing the role of electronic management in managing change in Saudi educational institutions.2.Shed light on an important category in the educational field, which is school principals, and work to develop and develop them and restructure their educational institutions through the development of electronic management skills3.Adding new knowledge that contributes to the progress of administrative work in all government institutions.4.Adopting non-traditional systems of accountability, transparency and accountability when providing educational services.5.Emphasizing the importance of following the correct standards and controls when developing e-learning systems based on the Internet.6.Keeping pace with the aspirations of the country’s senior leaders who seek to develop the educational system.7.Opening the way for other researches to use new training programs to develop electronic management skills.Search LimitsThe current research is limited to the following limits:•Objective limits: some electronic management skills of educational school leaders represented in:1.The skill of operating the electronic schedule program.2.The skill of recording student absence.3.Reporting skill - correspondence.4The skill of electronic supervision.5.The skill of recording students’ results for different grades.• Human limits: a sample of educational school leaders in the (Trib) governorate, and their number is (30) school principals.• Spatial boundaries: educational schools in the governorate of (Tareeb).• Time limits: the academic year 2021 AD - 2022 AD.Research tools and materials:First, the data collection tools:List of electronic management skills of educational school leaders.Second, measuring tools:•An achievement test of electronic management skills for secondary school leaders.•A note card to measure the performance aspect related to electronic management skills.•A measure of the trend of educational secondary school leaders towards an electronic training environment based on a problem-solving strategy.Third, experimental processing tools:Designing a training environment based on a problem-solving strategy to develop electronic management skills for school leaders in Tarib Governorate.Search Variables:The research includes the following variables:1.The independent variable: the electronic training environment based on a problem-solving strategy.2.Dependent variables:-Cognitive aspects of electronic management skills that are required to be available to leaders of educational schools in Tarib Governorate.The performance aspects of the electronic management skills that are required to be available to the leaders of educational schools in Tarib Governorate.-The trend of educational school leaders in Tarib Governorate towards the electronic training environment based on a problem-solving strategy.
