Abstract

The principal objective of this studied is disturbance in Ionosphere (DI) (Africa {u2013}Asia {u2013} Australia {u2013} South America) on 3 November and 4 November 2015. Our study observed corresponding with a storm sudden commencement and main phase every continents in same time during black out ATC Radar over Sweden. Another study is compute the Zenith Troposphereic Delay (ZTD) over Africa, Europe, Asia, Australia and America during the maximum solar cycle 24 (2014) and the minimum solar cycle 24 (2017).Troposphereic Delay is play important role in GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite Systems) error. Satellite Navigation has become a keystone for the development of worldwide. Nowadays, GNSS is a crucial component of the global information infrastructure enabling broad new market facilitating and innovation in efficiency, safety, environmental, science and public security. We studied Troposphereic Delay by using The GNSS-Lab (gLAB) and selected stations at IGS (International GNSS Service) Network over Africa, Europe, Asia, Australia and America. We observed the maximum value of Troposphereic Delay reach to 2.1 m and the minimum value of Zenith Troposphereic Delay is -0.04
