Abstract
The study deals with the relationship between people and their workspaces. It explores the relationship between workspace and stakeholders including the corporate, the client, and the users {u2026}etc. The aim of the research is to identify design criteria and considerations that would provide users with the important needs necessary to achieve the balance between life and work environment, thus help users to have enough energy to help them achieve maximum productivity at work and thus increase the profitability of the entire system. In addition, achieving the required awareness among architects, interior designers, employers and managers regarding the importance of achieving the needs of employees and their priorities. The study is then enriched by studying actual examples of workspaces in Cairo and analyzing them. the conclusion and recommendation for workspace design is based on the theoretical research and the field work
