Abstract
This study was carried out on (70) male subjects attending the outpatient clinic of Andrology, kasr al ainy hospital, Cairo University during the period from February 2017 {u2013} June 2018, and they were divided into (2) groups, 35 subjects in each group. group 1 (Treatment group, 35 subjects), group 2 (Placebo-control group, 35 subjects). Each patient in the treatment group received intracorporeal injection with 100 units of BTX-A and each patient in the control group received intracorporeal injection with 1 ml normal saline. All the patients were subjected to full history taking, careful physical examination, and penile duplex to assess erectile functions before and 2 weeks after injection, Also SHIM, SEP-2 & 3, GAQ-Q1 & Q2, flaccid penile length and girth, erect penile length and girth, stretched penile length, intra-vaginal latency time before and 2, 6 &12 weeks after injection
