Abstract
This research aims to improve the progress ratios in projects management using the methodology of Six Sigma as a one of the most advanced techniques used in statistical analysis and improvement tools till now taking a case study of the maintenance projects held in an Oil Company. This research serve two branches, one of them is to enhance the ability of project management instead of the traditional ways by using a quality improvement tool which considered a modern use of this methodology which is the second filed that the research serves (Quality Improvement Techniques). The result of this research will act as one of the modern applications for the theory of Six Sigma as well as the practice of it in the practical life
