Abstract
The thesis represents Analytical and Bioanalytical studies of two drugs; Bambuterol which is a long acting Ý2 agonist and Physostigmine that act as cholinesterase inhibitor. The aim of this work was to develop new simple, accurate, sensitive analytical methods for determination of the under-investigation drugs in their pharmaceutical dosage form and /or biological samples, also to develop a bioanalytical method that depend on the biological activity of some of these drugs. The thesis consists of two Parts; part I, consist of seven sections and Part II, consist of three sections.The use of FTIR , Chemometrics, HPLC and potentiometric analytical techniques can be applied for selective determination and quality control analysis of the interesting drugs in pharmaceutical formulation. Also, the enzymatic kinetics determination can be applied at point of care for screening and prevent respiratory paralysis
