Abstract

Archaeogeophysics is an advanced tool which was used in engineering potential purposes for discovering the hidden archaeological remains. Two methods were employed in this work where, ground pentrating radar and ground magnetic survey to achieve the objective of this work. The main objective of this theis is allocating the undiscovered archaeological remains such as tombs, walls, statues or any other archaeological features in Abydos site, ElBalyana, Sohag, Egypt. The study area is categorized into two promissing sites (site A and site B).
