Abstract The English summary:This research is representing a study of God Monthu from the Late Period until the End of the Graeco-Roman Period. Religious and archaeological studies are carried out for the scenes of God Monthu, mainly in the temples and on other objects, from the Late Period until the end of the Graeco-Roman Period. The study will start by an introduction, which will give a brief historical study of god Monthu and his cult. The first chapter is a study of the scenes of god Monthu in the temples of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Upper Egyptian Nomes. The second chapter is a study of the scenes of god Monthu in the temples of the 4th Upper Egyptian Nome, which are located in his main cult centers. The third chapter is a study of the scenes of god Monthu in the temples of the 5th and 6th Upper Egyptian Nomes. The fourth chapter is a study of the scenes of god Monthu in the temples of the Oases. The fifth Chapter is a study of the scenes and texts of Monthu on Stelae, Statues, coffins, and tombs. In The Sixth Chapter, the studies are grouped in Tables. The research finalized by the analysis and the conclusions of the study, which were obtained from the tables and the analysis. |
