The study came in five chapters preceded by an introduction and followed by a conclusion, and it came as follows : Chapter I : deals with the study of ””the natural factors affecting economic development””, by presenting the study of the geographical location, its area, its shape, formations, geological structures, the main surface forms and climatic conditions. Chapter II : It is concerned with the study of ””human factors affecting economic development”” in the study area. And that is by studying the population of the Aja District through its four elements; The first : a study of population growth trends, and the second: population distribution and density, while the third element deals with the study of the composition of the population in terms of age and educational status, and the last element deals with the study of the labor force with its two parts (population with economic activity, unemployment), then the chapter concluded with a study of infrastructure services that They are represented in (transportation, communications, clean drinking water and sanitation, energy), in addition to educational, health and urban services, irrigation and drainage networks, determining the efficiency of irrigation water for agriculture, capital, and finally government policies. Chapter III : This chapter is concerned with the study of the study of ””agricultural development”” represented in the development of the cultivated area and the cropped area, the development of agricultural production, the crop complex, and agricultural development projects, in addition to the development of livestock, which includes factors of development of livestock producing food, animal holding, and types of production Livestock, poultry wealth projects, and animal production development projects, and the chapter concluded with the importance of agricultural and livestock production in the study area. Chapter IV : The focus of this part of the study is to study “industrial development” in the study area, which is represented in studying the development of industry in the study area, and studying the factors of the industry’s establishment, represented in (raw material, labor, markets, land prices), the geographical distribution of industry in the study area, and analyzes The spatial nature of the industry represented in (the size of the industry, the strength of the industry, the concentration and spread, the relative importance of the industry, the added value, the intensity of the industry), the study of the industrial structure, and finally the role of small industries in achieving industrial development in the study area. It included the development of an innovative, intelligent and environmentally friendly irrigation system based on artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques, and the work of a proposed plan for the water, waste and waste sector in 2030, and modeling of the optimal crop pattern until the year 2030 under different climate change scenarios and also in light of the expected water deficit, and spatial modeling of the proposed factories in the study area in light of the availability of industry components. The study recommends increasing the desalination plants for agricultural drainage water on the main banks, and the need to legalize the conditions of unlicensed factories by obtaining the necessary licenses, and safety and industrial security measures for their employees, and the need to provide local raw materials and supplies for various industries at reasonable prices, and the study suggested developing an innovative and smart irrigation system. And environmentally friendly based on artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques, and the EPIC model based on GEPIC was developed to ensure that the soil of the study area is suitable for organic cultivation or not, the study also suggested modeling the optimal cropping pattern until 2030 under different climate change scenarios, and the study suggested the proposed cropping installation For the study area in light of the expected water deficit risks, the study also suggested a spatial modeling of the proposed factories in the study area in light of the availability of industry components.
