Abstract
Our study aimed to analyze the alteration of gene expression of IL-1
and Prostaglandin pathway in NHL patients.This study also aimed to hint if any of those dysregulated gene expression could be used as a novel
molecular biomarker for prognosis of the disease.Elisa analysis showed that the concentration level of PGE2 and IL1β
at NHL patients decreased at early diagnosed patients as compared to healthy control however, it increased during chemotherapy induction as compared to early diagnosed.In the present study, Affymetrix microarray platform was used for gene expression of pathways, and quantitative real time PCR (qRT-PCR) platform was used for validation on the most dysregulated genes; up and down regulated genes in NHL patients before, during, and after induction of chemotherapy(CHOP)as compared to the healthy control donors.
