The study aimed to identify the level of psychological resilience and its relationship to Professional Adjustment, and to identify the differences in each of psychological resilience, and Professional Adjustment according to the variables of sex (males - females) and students’ disability type (audio - visual - mental). The study sample consisted of (205) teachers from Teachers of special education schools in Sohag governorate, including (108) teachers, and (97) female teachers. The study used the psychological resilience scale (prepared by researcher), and the Professional Adjustment scale (prepared by researcher), and the study concluded that there is a high level of psychological resilience among the study sample members of special education teachers, and there is a positive, statistically significant correlation between the scores of the study sample members on The psychological resilience scale and their scores on the Professional Adjustment scale, and there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of males and the means female scores on the psychological resilience scale and the Professional Adjustment scale, and there were also no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological resilience among the study sample members depending on the variable type of students’ disability ( Visual - auditory - mental), and there are statistically significant differences in the level of Professional Adjustment according to the variable of students’ disability type (visual - auditory - mental) in favor of teachers of mental disabilities.
