Abstract
Social Network Analysis (SNA) is concerned with the relationships between people, organizations, groups, or entities as well as the flow of information among them. It shows how one node in the network can affect the others. Telecom operators have major issues when deciding to spend on offers and campaigns that much. Traditional targeting techniques have the drawback of treating every client as an individual apart from his social interactions and relationships. They also can not promote certain ideas and products to a group of people with a shared characteristic or common interest. Telecom operators are suffering from pinpointing the relationship between their clients such as a family, friends, co-workers or others, as well as detecting the most connected client that has an effect on others
