Abstract

Employees satisfaction is the key role affecting the organization overall performance. So, organizations must keep their employees satisfied about their jobs. The most effective part to gain the employees satisfaction is reporting them to managers have a good experience in leadership skills. This research is implemented in an organization has employees with a low satisfaction level about their jobs. This especially due to the bad relations with their direct managers which is resulting consequently in low performance which is leading to overall low performance of the organization. The research started by making a survey to measure the current state of employees satisfaction in the organization and the data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Software Program), then the implementation of the leadership principles on all managerial levels in the organizational departments started. After three months of the implementation process, a second survey performed and the data collected and analyzed by SPSS .Finally, a conclusion performed based on the analysis of data collected before and after the implementation process to measure the change significance, so the research hypothesis will be proofed or denied The conclusion of the study was that the leadership Implementation has a significant positive effect on the Employees Satisfaction and each leadership skill caused a part of the positive effect and there is no skill has no or negative effect
