Abstract
The present study was included in two experiments, the first experiment aimed to investigate the effect of protein levels (25 and 30%) and different levels of Digestarom® P.E.P. (0.00, 0.01, 0.02 and 0.03%) for each protein level. The Second experiment studied the effect of protein levels (25% and 30%) and different replacement levels by orange peel waste (0.0%, 50% and 75%) for each protein level with Digestarom® supplementation with rate 0.02%. Both of two experiments were investigated the effect of experimental diets on growth performance, feed utilization, whole body chemical composition of red tilapia fingerlings and economical evaluation for diets.
The results of the first experiment demonstrated that the best Digestarom® levels was 0.02% Digestarom® in each protein levels 25 and 30 % in terms of growth performance, feed utilization, survival rate and economic evaluation .Also, the second experiment showed that, the replacing only 50% of the amount of yellow corn by orange peel waste for diet contained protein 25% with Digestarom supplementation with rate 0.02% was the best in all terms of growth performance, feed utilization, carcass composition, some blood constituents and immunity of red tilapia fingerlings and economic evaluation for diets under this experimental condition.
