Abstract This study aims to Rams (Haloxylon salicornicum) and Amarnton herbs (Helichrsum stoechas ) in diets of male albino rats to cope Hyperglycemic and Renopathy . Six five (65) Male albino rats were divided into the following groups (each 5 rats ): • The first main group: ( control negative group). • The second main group: 20 rat were injected with Aloxan for induced diabetes, and then divide as following : • (diabetic rats and non-treatmed) (control positive ). • (diabetic and treatment with a 5% rams herb powder). • (diabetic and treatment with a 7% rams herb powder). • (diabetic and treatment with rams herb extract of 3ml / day). • The third main group: 20 rat were injected with gentamicin for 7 consecutive days to induced a kidney disorder and then divided as follows: • (kidney disorder rats and non-treatment) .( control positive) • (kidney disorder rats and treatment with amarnton herb powder 5%). • (kidney disorder rats and treatment with amarnton herb powder 7%). • (kidney disorder rats and treatment with amarnton herb extract (3 ml / day). • The fourth main group: 20 rat were injected with aloxan and gentamicin together for induced diabetes and kidney disorder together and were divided as follows: • (diabetes and kidney disorder rats and non-treatment)( control positive) • (diabetes and kidney disorder rats and treatment with a mixture of herbs powder 5%) . • (diabetes and kidney disorder rats and treatment with a mixture of herbs powder 7%) . • (diabetes and kidney disorder rats and treated with a mixture of herbs 3ml / day). The obtained results can be summarized as following: Firstly: The Biological Results hyperglycemia rats : Effect of experimental diets on BWG, F.I, and F.E.R: The experimental feed groups recorded a significant change in BWG at the level (p ≤ 0.05) when compared to the positive control group, and the best results for group 3 ( hyperglycemic rats fed on rams powder 5% ) . All groups supported by the experimental diet recorded a significant decrease in the average daily of feed intake (F.I) at the level (p≤0.05) when compared to the positive control group and the best FI was recorded for group 3 (hyperglycemic rats fed on rams poweder 5% ) . For FER, the experimental food groups recorded a significant change at the level (p≤0.05) when compared with the positive control group and the best FER was recorded for group 3 ( hyperglycemic rats fed on rams powder 5% ) . Effect of experimental diets on the weight of internal organs: Liver, all groups supported by the experimental diet recorded a significant decrease at (p ≤ 0.05) in liver weight when compared with the positive control group and the best liver was recorded for group 5 (hyperglycemic rats fed on rams extract 5% ) . For kidney, all groups supported by the experimental diet recorded a significant decrease at (p ≤ 0.05) in kidney weight when compared to the positive control group and the best kidney was recorded for group (5) hyperglycemic rats fed on rams extract 5% . For heart, all groups supported by the experimental diet recorded a significant decrease at (p ≤ 0.05) in heart weight when compared to the positive control group and the best heart was recorded for group 5 (hyperglycemic rats fed on rams extract 5%) . For spleen, all groups supported by the experimental diet recorded significant change when compared to the positive control group, the best spleen was recorded for group 5 (hyperglycemic rats fed on rams extract 5% ) . For lungs, all groups supported by the experimental diet recorded significant change when compared to the positive control group, the group fed on 5% black rice and biscuits has the best results. the best lungs was recorded for group 5 ( hyperglycemicrats fed on rams extract 5%) . Effect of experimental diets on glucose: Regarding blood glucose levels, all hyperglycemia rats fed on rams (Haloxylon Salicornicum) powder 5%,7% and extract 5% showed significantly lower values when compared with control (+) group. the best serum glucose was recorded for group 5( hyperglycemia rats fed on rams extract 5%) . Effect of experimental diets on serum lipids: As for serum lipid profile, the results revealed that all hyperglycemia rats fed on rams (Haloxylon Salicornicum) powder 5%,7% and extract 5% showed significantly differences when compared with control (+) group. The unsurpassed serum total cholesterol(T.C), triglycerides (T.G),high density lipo-protein (HDL), low density lipo-protein (LDL) and very low density lipoprotein (VLDL), values were recorded for group (5) hyperglycemia rats fed on rams extract 5% . |
