Abstract
The thesis is concerned with the development of simple, sensitive, selective and validated analytical procedures for simultaneous determination of the presented studied mixtures of racemic zopiclone mixture and determination of its pure Senantiomer eszopiclone,sacubitril and valsartan as co-formulated drug mixture, and co-administrated drug mixture metronidazole, pantoprazole and clarithromycin through applying different analytical techniques Furthermore, the established procedures are exposed to the validation study according to ICH guidelines and also subjected to the comparative studies between the proposed methods and either the official methods or the reported methods
