المستخلص The current study aimed to identify the impact of organizational flexibility by its dimensions (strategic flexibility, operational flexibility, structural flexibility) on the level of health service quality, a field study on workers in Mansoura University hospitals. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was used by reviewing previous references related to the subject of the study. The researcher also conducted a field survey by designing a special questionnaire that was arbitrated and distributed to an intentional sample of (246) physicians in Mansoura University hospitals, whose total number is (681). The questionnaires were fully recovered and used to extract the results of the current study.The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a positive and statistically significant impact of organizational flexibility with its dimensions (strategic flexibility, operational flexibility, structural flexibility) on the level of health service quality in Mansoura University hospitals.The study also recommended a set of security recommendations, the most important of which are: The necessity for Mansoura University hospitals to work on improving strategic flexibility. Able to optimally deal with the available resources, and reconsider the formulation of the Authority’s strategic decisions so as to contribute to the development of basic technologies. |
