Subjects weredivided into two groups: group A followed a restricted diet with an average daily caloric consumption (from 800-1200 calories) and practiced aerobic exercise in the form of walking sixty minutes, 3 times per week for a period of 8 weeks, group B received carboxytherapy once per week for the same period of 8 weeks and also followed a restricted diet and the same aerobic exercises routine as for control group.Outcomes to bestudied in this research were abdominal fat thickness and waist circumferenceand body mass index for each subject. Results: the result of this study proved that there was significant decrease in abdominal fat thickness, waist circumference and body mass index in both group post treatment compared with pretreatment in favoring to the study group with the percentage of improvement was (41.14% versus 19.47%) , (13.3% versus 7%) and ( 15.14% versus 8.6% )respectively
