Abstract

We can conclude that:
Transient elastography which is organ explicit is superior to PIIINP level, which isn’t organ explicit, in surveying MTX-initiated liver fibrosis.
There was a huge positive connection between’s PIIINP level and BMI and total portion of MTX
The recurrence of subclinical liver fibrosis was high in RA patients particularly those with high infection action.
There was a huge positive connection among’s TE and combined portion of MTX and AST level
Suggestions
We suggest the accompanying:
1) Better control of infection action and BMI is important to decrease liver fibrosis hazard in RA patients on MTX treatment
2) TE and PIIINP are suggested for the standard examinations for RA patients on MTX treatment to distinguish liver fibrosis regardless of whether they are asymptomatic.
3)Further investigations on huge number of study populace are required.
