Patients were arranged into 2 gatherings:
1-group A: females who were conveyed by ordinary vaginal conveyance later C.S and accomplishment with practically no obstetric inconveniences.
2- group B: females who were given a(TOLAC) yet bombed VD later C.S or the people who regressed obstetric entanglements, for example, break uterus, impeded work or Fetal intricacies like hypoxia, intra partum demise, NICU affirmation or RDS.

Patients were exposed to:
