Abstract Testicular neoplasms are one of the most curable solid tumors with a five-year survival exceeding 95% and the most common solid malignancy to affect males aged between 15 and 35. This retrospective single-center study examined the clinical patterns and therapeutic results of 65 patients presented to the National Cancer Institute {u2013} Cairo University between January 2010 and December 2016.Clinicopathological patterns were similar to those reported in the literature internationally. This study also shows excellent rates of overall and disease-free survival in all stage groups in both seminoma and nonseminomatous germ cell tumors. Initial stage at diagnosis appears to be the best factor to prognosticate overall survival |
