Abstract

The goal of this study is to conduct a descriptive investigation into technical and vocational education and training (TVET). In Egypt, in order to rebuild or restructure the TVE, it must be unifying the strategy and goals for all educational levels of technical education in by integrated Industrial schools of three-year system with advanced technical schools{u2018} five-year system schools,Technical Institutes, colleges of technology and colleges of engineering (As well as raising the capabilities of teachers and trainers who work in technical schools, Institutes and vocational training centers.The research posed a number of specific questions, including: 1. What are the main features of the TVET strategy in Egypt? 2. Why are the main features of the TVETstrategy in Egypt far from the demands of the labor market? 3. Why does TE give quality (outcomes) different from its objectives? 4. Do the requirements of the labor market affect the development of the quality of TE and change the strategy? 5. What is the general level of satisfaction about TE services among owners of factories & company? 6. How can Develop a strategy to improve the capabilities and skills of TE of teachers? 7. Does the organizational structure for the upgrading of teachers{u2018} effect on the outputs of TE? Furthermore: In order to collect appropriate information, the study used the questionnaire to achieve the research objectives.The main population of study are teachers, trainers, experts, employers and students. Regarding data analysis, the study used statistical software SPSS (version 25) (Statistical Package for Social Sciences).To test some hypotheses
