This study aims to determine The Impact of Organizational Climate in Supporting Intellectual Capital, an applied study on Employees in Headquarters of the Transportation Ministry. In order to collect primary data, a questionnaire was designed and data had been collected from all employees in Headquarters of the Transportation Ministry. The size of the study population was 280, and The SPPS was used to analyze the primary data. Results of the study showed that organizational climate was positively related with all dimensions of Intellectual Capital which represented in (Vigor Dedication and Absorption). Finally, results showed that organizational climate (as an independent variable) had a significant effect on each dimension of Intellectual Capital (as dependent variable).
