المستخلص

The study aims to present a proposal for the professionalization of educational training among its supervisors and to identify its criteria to become an entry for achieving the competitive advantage, identifying the requirements for obtaining and renewing the professional license, identifying the importance of professionalization of educational training to achieve the competitive advantage. The researcher used the descriptive approach and prepared a (questionnaire) consisting of (61) points distributed to four axes: proposed standards for the professionalization of educational training among its supervisors to become an entry to achieve a competitive advantage, proposed requirements for obtaining and renewing the professional license, the importance of professionalization of educational training among its supervisors to achieve the competitive advantage, and obstacles of professionalization of educational training among its supervisors. The study population consisted of 304 male and female supervisors of educational training. The study reached the following results:  The study population agreed on all the axes of the study with (completely agree), except for the second axis with (agree).  The dimensions of the first axis came in descending order: administrative professional standards, communication principles, basic professional standards, training process management, and training evaluation.  The dimensions of the third axis came in descending order: creativity improvement, improvement of the response to beneficiaries’ needs, quality assurance, efficiency improvement.  There are significant differences in the first axis according to the variable of (sex), the second and fourth axis according to the variable of (educational qualification), and the second and third axis according to the variable of (training experience).  The study presented a proposal of professionalization of educational training among its supervisors to become an entry for achieving the competitive advantage.
