التوسع فى الترخيص بإنشاء مؤسسات ومكاتب إستشا ا رت متخصصة فى مجال الجودة والإعتماد على أن تقدم هذه
المؤسسات والمكاتب المشورة للمؤسسات التعليمية فى مجال الجودة والإعتماد .
- أشارت نتائج الد ا رسة إلى أن مهام الهيئة الوطنية للتقويم والإعتماد الأكاديمى فى جمهورية مصر العربية تقتصر على التعليم
العالى، وبالتالى فإنه من الضرورى أن تمتد مهامها وأنشطتها لتشمل قطاع التعليم العام أيضاً، مع العمل على تقديم الدعم
للمدارس بكافة أنواعها ومستوياتها .
- ضرورة أن يتضمن مسمى ”الهيئة الوطنية للتقويم والإعتماد الأكاديمى” مصطلح الجودة، فى هذه الحالة يفضل تغيير المسمى
إلى ”الهيئة الوطنية لضمان الجودة والإعتماد التربوى”، ويتفق ذلك مع توسع مهام الهيئة لكى تشمل التعليم العام، بل النظام
التعليمى بأكمله فى كافة مستوياته وم ا رحله .
- ي ا رعى التصور التكامل بين طرق ووسائل تفعيل ثقافة الجودة والإعتماد التربوى وأهمية البعد الرسمى منها، بمعنى أن
تتضمن الأنشطة دو ا رت تدريبية رسمية ومعتمدة فى مجال الجودة تقام من قبل الإدارة العامة للتربية والتعليم مع عدم الإكتفاء
بالتعلم الذاتى وشبكة المعلومات. وتمثل التدريبات الرسمية نقطة إنطلاق للتعلم الذاتى فيما بعد. وقد يتطلب ذلك إنشاء مركز
تدريب تابع للإدارة العامة للتربية والتعليم، تنصب معظم أنشطته على الدو ا رت والب ا رمج فى مجال الجودة والإعتماد .
- التعاون بين كليات التربية والجامعة من ناحية، والإدارة العامة للتربية والتعليم والمدارس من ناحية أخرى. حيث يمكن أن تقدم
الجامعة خب ا رتها فى مجال الجودة والإعتماد لقطاع التعليم العام من خلال عمادة الجودة والتطوير بالجامعة، أو من خلال كليات
التربية التابعة لها .
رصد المي ا زنيات والخطط من قبل و ا زرة التربية والتعليم والإدارة العامة للتربية والتعليم التى تيسر تبادل الزيا ا رت والخب ا رت بين -
المدارس، بما فى ذلك بين المدارس الحكومية والأهلية، بالإضافة للزيا ا رت الخارجية داخل وخارج مصر خاصة لمدارس معتمدة،
أو قطعت شوطاً كبير نحو الإعتماد.

ABSTRACT Extending licensing for establishing specialized institutions and consulting offices in the field of quality and accreditation provided that these institutions and offices provide advice to educational institutions in the field of quality and accreditation The results of the study indicated that the tasks of the National Authority for Academic Evaluation and Accreditation in the Arab Republic of Egypt are limited to higher education, and therefore it is necessary that its tasks and activities extend to the general education sector as well, With work to provide support for schools of all kinds and levels. - The need for the name “the National Commission for Academic Evaluation and Accreditation” includes the term quality, in which case it is preferable to change the name to “the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Educational Accreditation” This is in line with the expansion of the commission’s tasks to include general education, but rather the entire educational system at all levels and stages. The visualization considers the complementarity between the ways and means of activating the culture of quality and educational accreditation and the importance of the official dimension thereof, meaning that the activities include formal and accredited training courses in the field of quality held by the General Administration of Education with not enough self-learning and the information network. Formal exercises are a starting point for later self-learning. This may require creation - Cooperation between colleges of education and the university on the one hand, and the General Administration of Education and Schools on the other hand. where the university can provide its expertise in the field of quality and accreditation to the public education sector through the Deanship of Quality and Development at the university, or through its colleges of education.
