The aim of the research: To develop the Arabic secretarial curriculum in the light of technological developments to develop administrative skills for commercial secondary school students.
Research problem: It was possible to identify the research problem in not including the Arabic secretarial curriculum for commercial secondary school students, ”the three-year system”, for all the administrative skills that must be available to students in the light of contemporary technological developments with what needs to be developed.
The research group: (30) students were selected from the first year commercial secondary school students, the three-year system, in the Omrania Department, Giza Governorate.
Research tools: The researcher prepared the following: (list of administrative skills to be available - results of repetitions of the relative importance of administrative skills to be available - list of skills contained in the current secretarial curriculum - general framework of the program - student handbook for experimental units - teacher’s guide - achievement test - performance test).
The most important results of the research: The experimental results of the research showed the following:
1-There is a statistically significant difference at the 0.01 level between the mean scores of the research group in the achievement test before and after the application of the program in favor of the post application, which confirms the validity of the first hypothesis of the research.
2-There is a statistically significant difference at the 0.01 level between the mean scores of the research group in the performance attitude test before and after the application of the program in favor of the post application, which confirms the validity of the second hypothesis of the research.
3-The effectiveness of the developed program for the development of administrative skills for the secretarial course, through experimenting with the three experimental units.
