Abstract The thesis consists of four chapters are concerned with the synthesis of mesoporous silica nanosphere MSNs and using it as a carrier for with organic ligand particles of 2,5 dimercapto-1,3,4 thiadiazole (DMcT) to produce DMcT sensor and with 2-amino-5-mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole (AMTD) to fabricate AMDT sensor. The newly designed solid sensors were then used for determination of Au(III) ions. The influence of various parameters waere optimized, and the analytical performance of the novel sensors was evaluated. The spectrophotometric analysis strategie was applied to the determination of the Au(III) ions. |
