Abstract
The current randomized clinical trial was designed for the evaluation of clinical attachment level gain (primary out-come), probing pocket depth, gingival recession, radiographic bone fill and post-surgical patient satisfaction (secondary out-come) following treatment of intraosseous defects with A-PRF compared to open flap debridement in patients with stage III periodontitis, with 9 months follow up
