Abstract Predicting congenital fetal deformity in the early trimester with ultrasound examination is difficult. I selected this issue as the focus of my research because early detection of congenital fetal malformations in the first trimester allows for earlier pregnancy termination, less medical and surgical problems, and a lower risk of long-term morbidity, all of which save time and money. • The goal of this research is to see whether there is a link between the gestational sac (GS), yolk sac (YS) diameter, crown-rump length (CRL), and embryonic heart rate (HR) and early detection of congenital fetal malformation. • The purpose of this study was to see whether there was a link between the patient's age, consanguinity, menstrual history, parity, and physical disease and the result of the first trimester outcome. |
