The academic movement aims to provide the teams with various fields of knowledge, skills, values and directions necessary to ensure living in an effective life that gives the international educational dimension in daily dealings in the presence of multiple political, economic and cultural systems, And on successive levels of emotional, national, mental, social, cultural and behavioral aspects with the intention of proper execution in all aspects, and to efficiently contribute to the operations and activities of production and services in accordance with the philosophy and identity of the community. from the above, it can be said that the adoption of academic movement thinking in universities depends on many things, including the ability of those in charge of education to determine the entrance to international education and to modify or change some curricula of the educational process within them in line with the changes of the international labor market led by the mechanisms of globalization, and the position of cultural and moral values in Intellectual guidelines for international education, because the academic movement in the Arab society must be linked to a reality that has its social and cultural characteristics with the sovereignty of a cultural and cognitive model that necessitates the presence of recognized social parties.
