Abstract

This thesis includes three chapters: The first chapter of which deal with Introduction: The role of nanotechnology in scientific fields, especially the design of biologically active materials delivery systems or drug delivery systems (DDS) in terms of their: nature, components, benefits, preparation, and the various polymers used in the preparation of these therapeutic drug release systems. The role of the surface phenomena of adsorption in the loading of therapeutic drug on the appropriate biochemical carrier with the difference between physisorption and chemisorption, the factors influencing the adsorption efficiency, such as: the primary concentration of adsorbate and pH of the solution
