Abstract The present study was designed to evaluate the potential protective role of cranberry extract in its both concentrations (75 and 150 mg/kg.b.w) on oxidative stress, hepatotoxicity and renal toxicity that induced during lead acetate administration in rats. This study was carried out on 40 male adult albino rats weighing around 200 ± 20 gms. The animals were housed in a separate metal cages under the same environmental and nutritional conditions through the period of investigation. |
