This study sought to identify the nature of the performance of the public relations function in regional organizations and to measure the effectiveness of these means in achieving the required goals and to evaluate this performance, and to study the problems and obstacles facing the Public Relations Department and then develop methods to confront these problems and obstacles, and to know the qualities and communication skills that must be available. The communicator in the Department of International Public Relations in the study sample organizations, and the extent to which the communicator in public relations uses modern communication technology and its impact on work performance. In her study, the researcher relied on the use of the survey and qualitative approaches, as she used the survey method because it is a descriptive, exploratory and explanatory research, as it is one of the most appropriate approaches to studies that rely on individuals as a unit of analysis, and a number of officials were deliberately chosen to conduct in-depth interviews with them as they are responsible for developing and implementing Strategies and activities of international public relations, and the researcher applied the questionnaire to the communicators, as she confirmed that by doing participatory observation and conducting in-depth interviews with senior officials and those in charge of diplomatic work, as it aims to identify the respondents’ views and points of view through these questions and the study community is represented in Workers in both the League of Arab States and the African Union.
