Abstract

Industrial buildings have a significant environmental and social impact
to the surrounding community. Deciding the proper construction method to
this category of construction is vital to be sustainable. The objective of this
research is to develop a decision model for selecting the most sustainable
construction method for industrial buildings in Egypt, the model was built
based on analytical network process (the ANP) software program. For this
analytical study three main criteria based on Triple Bottom Line (TBL) are
identified and ranked to be implemented for the decision model developed on
the biases of surveying study conducted in this study the results of this
surveying was be analyzed by using the statically analytical program; ”SPSS”.
