Abstract

The thesis is interested to synthesis and characterization of a new conjugated conducting polymer of type Poly (1, 2,3 trihydroxy-4,5 Phenylene) and their photovoltaic applications. The purpose of this research is fabricated the organic photovoltaic cell and study some physical and optical properties of it. Poly (1, 2,3 trihydroxy-4,5 Phenylene) was used as active layer with PVA, CoCl2 and TiO2 in-order to improve the efficiency and stability of organic photovoltaic cell.
