Abstract
Child violence is a pervasive problem throughout the world, it has a great impact on child health. The study aimsto evaluate the impact ofa health educational program on knowledge, attitude and practice of mothers toward their children in Talkha city. The study conducted on 220 child’s mothers, divided into two groups. The majority of children in the studied groups exposed to domestic violence last month. Conclusion: the educational program lead to improvement in mother’s knowledgeabout domestic violence. Recommendation: conducting of furthereducational program for new couples about methods of child rearing in primary health care centers with a certificate gives to couples.
