Abstract The aim of the present work is to produce aflatoxins from wheat by Aspergillus species and optimizing the production of aflatoxin by the test fungus from different forms of wheat grains (whole, crushed and fine grinding) using statistical experimental designs thereafter, an attempt was carried out to prevent the biosynthesis and formation of aflatoxins. |
