Abstract
Extreme environments such as Hypersaline environments are thought to prevent the existence of life but these environments populated by a group of microorganisms which can adapt the hard conditions in these habitats as high salinity, pH and temperature. These microorganisms involving halophilic and alkaliphilic bacteria perform different compounds as extremolytes and extremozymes for surviving. These compounds found to have biomedical applications. In this study, we isolated bacteria from Wadi Al Natron that represents the most important soda lake in Egypt.
