Abstract
To evaluate soft tissue esthetics around immediate dental implants with dentin chips and xenograft in
thin buccal bone .
PICOS
Problem (P): Patients with non-restorable tooth indicated for implant placement with thin
buccofacial bone
Intervention (I):
group 1 : demeniralized dentin chips with immediate implantation
group 2 : Xenograft with immediate implantation
Outcome (O):-
Primary outcome: Soft tissue esthetics (PES ) (Vanlıoğlu et al 2014)
Secondary outcome :
Crest & buccal bone loss measured using CBCT
implant stability measure at time of surgery and time of exposure (Kanth et al., 2014)
Post-operative pain ((Breivik & Stubhaug, 2008)
