المستخلص Measuring the Impact of Flexible Arrangements on Functional Loyalty for Government Employee An Empirical Study on Workers in Egyptian Drug Authority The research aims to study measuring the impact of flexible work arrangements on job affiliation by applying it to the employees of the Egyptian Medicines Authority. The researcher used a survey list that was prepared for the purpose of collecting data on the research variables, which represent flexible work arrangements (independent variable) and job affiliation (dependent variable). Simple regression to check the validity of the research hypotheses. Economically developed countries have seen an increase in the rates of flexible work, and the use of flexible working practices is one of the most important employment trends in the European Union. Flexible working arrangements have garnered a great deal of interest from scholars as well as decision makers in recent years. Changing conditions in the global economy have increased the need for non-traditional work arrangements (Wandra, 2016). In the past few years many developed countries have adopted newly designed work strategies intended to address work problems, as well as encourage individuals and provide better working conditions, the majority of European employees (3 out of 4 on average) have access to some work flexibility.
