summary
Introduction and problem of research:-
God bestowed man several science and eloquence , wants to honor him so, gives him the amenity of reason and faith, and wanted to distinguish the mind, so he made fun of many seas of science for the mind to navigate in it without end. A complete and balanced development, as well as protecting them from the dangers that could be inflicted by the individual, as we find the science of sports injuries through which it is possible to identify the injuries that may occur to athletes, how to prevent them, and the first aid methods that must be performed when such emergency sports injuries occur in the stadiums.
Despite the tangible progress in the field of sports rehabilitation in general and methods of preventing injuries in particular, there are small sports injuries (Micro Trauma), which need from one day to several days, which may not hinder the player from continuing in sports activity, as well as major injuries (Macro Trauma) Which may keep the player from continuing in the stadiums still occurs in the various sports fields, and for that reason, sports injuries have been surrounded by the great interest of scientists not only in order to treat and rehabilitate the injured only, but to identify and know the types and places of injury and its causes, in order to know and determine the most appropriate ways to prevent them.
Qadri Bakri (2011), citing Karolev and Meronava, states that every (10,000) practitioner of physical sports was injured between (43%) to (47%), regardless of the type of injury and the extent of its impact because it prevents the athlete from practicing his activity for a period that is longer or shorter and this is The high percentage, which some research has concluded, requires care and attention to sports injuries, whether causes, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation, bearing in mind the importance of predicting them.
The proprioceptive system consists of nerve receptors and are found in the joints, muscles, and ligaments that transmit the feeling of elongation and movement through brain signals, which translates them and gives commands to the muscles to contract and extend to perform the required movement.
As Lucian et al. (2010) mentions, ”Lucian et.al, that without proper sensory reception, the body cannot obtain good interconnectedness and harmony between muscles as preventive reactions to protect the joints, as one of the most important reasons for a sports injury is that athletes do not have a good sensory system.” Sensory reception training is at the beginning of the therapeutic exercise programs through balance exercises (”balance”) and coordination exercises.
Therefore, many scientists believe that sensory reception should be in all early stages of therapeutic exercise programs, and thus all rehabilitation programs emphasize the need for the development of the sensory reception aspect.
Qadri Bakri and Siham Al-Ghamry (2011) mention that the rate of injuries in basketball sports 8.76% of sports injuries, and most injuries are in the lower limb, where it represents 65.40% of the injury, and the frequency of injury in the lower limb represents 74.70%.
Through the work of the researcher in the field of sports injuries in shooing club, she noticed that the rate of injuries of the ankle joint in basketball sports a high rate due to the Lack of capabilities of the trainers to use injury to use injury prevention exercisesone of the most protective programs for the lower extremity, especially the ankle joint because it works to strengthen the ligaments Surrounding the joint, which makes this joint strong during movements, changing directions, jumping, correction and follow-up.
Therefore, the researcher generated the idea of the current study, which is to design a physical preventive program to strengthen the ankle joint in a basketball infant, which may help reduce the injury rate of this joint and have a clear effect on the level of performance.
