Abstract The aim of this Thesis is to present the concept of distribution functions composition,and its improvements in the literature.Furthermore,define a new composite structure model named by T Alpha Power X family to improve the flexibility and fitness of the real-lifetime data. The study on each proposed distribution model is concerne with the statistical and reliability measures properties,parameters estimation, and examining the parameter estimates through simulation schemes. Moreover, presenting applications to real datasets and compare them with well-known distributions through the goodness of fit criteria. Finally, the lifetime performance index for the derived composite distribution (TLAPE) was under progressive first failure type II right censored data to assess the capability and performance of a desired process |
